A/C Pulley or Compressor Replacement

So my a/c pulley makes a bad sounding whine when idleing and goes away a little when I turn on the A/c. I looked at replacing the pulley but the dealer wants over 200 for it (just the part). I found an entire compressor with the pulley for 79 on ebay(used). My question(s) is: Is this worth it? Can I take off the pulley and use it? I am not really wanted to replace the whole compressor, that part works fine, blows cold.

It's on a 2002 Tj 6.0 and Thanks in advance!

Are you positive that's what it is?

Pretty sure, all the noise is coming from that area and it changes sounds (gets quiet) when I turn on the A/C. I haven't checked to see if it's loose or wobbles.

Sounds like the clutch bearing. I got one on ebay for 10 bucks, brand new.

Here's the one that fits my compressor, but yours may be different.

Is there instructions on doing that fix? I have the same issue with my A/C Compressor Clutch and was looking to the bearing.
