A.C. problems

My 98 tj air blows cold for a while then starts to blow not so cold. Noticed some condensation around vents and some dripping in the floor both driver and pass side. Just replaced serpentine belt.I also noticed the fan blows harder when its NOT on recirculate. This is my first post and any help is greatly appreciated.

E-fan. I do realize, still the 4.0... besides any AC system works the same regardless of vehicle.

My bad then.

The water in the cabin is probably a clogged evaporator drain tube.

If this doesn't help making it colder, there might be moisture in the system freezing up the orifice tube inside the evaporator. Vacuum up the system 30" of Hg, then refill to specs.
