A/C overheat
I have an '03 TJ Sport with the 6-cyl. When I run the A/C, it runs a little hotter than normal, which I consider to be reasonable. However, sometimes when decelerating from freeway speeds, such as coming down an exit ramp, the temperature will spike to where it says the engine is overheating. Then, it will come back to normal within a couple of minutes of driving.
I recently had the dealership replace a blown water pump... Any ideas on what might be causing this weirdness? Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like a flakey thermostat, which would possibly cause damage to water pumps. Perhaps even a blockage elsewhere. You're still under warrenty, go have it checked out and verified, you've paid for it.
