Bumper ends

I was wanting to replace my bumper ends the plastic ends that fade I found these and wonder if they are worth the price:

http://www.quadratec.com/products/12106_01.htm
I don't want to replace the bumpers right now probably will at a later time.
Thanks for your input.

i would leave them off, they serve no purpose, and i think the stock bumper looks much better without them

I fitted them to mine as I didn't want milk jugs and didn't want to pay out for new bumpers shipped from the states.
I personally like them as they give the stock bumper some depth, without them you are aware that the stock bumper is just a bit of thin folded metal.
One point to note is that my 2004 sahara required the front end caps for both front and rear as both stock steel bumpers are finished on an angle.

I like mine...didn't like the jugs either. If you get them, might as well buy the set and save $10. http://www.quadratec.com/products/12106_02.htm

I have some ends sitting in my garage on stock bumpers(front and rear) in good condition. $10 per end plus whatever shipping costs me.

I would not pay $50 for those end caps from Quadratec.

You can get flat end caps from the dealer for about $3 each. Here are the part #s:

Front: 55078138AA
Rear: 55078139AA

They come in singles so you need 2 of each.

If you search here you can find pics of them.

Just get the flat caps from the dealer or nothing...or use some krylon fusion if they are just needing to be painted

I ordered a set front and back yesterday....if I can get them sent back without an act of congress I'll get a hold of one of you that has a used set. I just can't afford the front and back bumpers yet and I'm also looking into getting some sort of hitch receiver made up or bought that I can pull a small trailer for my mower without having to play the chinese fire drill in the driveway switching vehicles so I can pull my trailer.
Thanks for the feed back!

I got a set of these plastic caps for mine. They just seal off the ends to give the stock bumper a "finished" look.
