Building a new rear suspension... What type of joint at the lower axle end?

What type of joint would you all recommend to use at the axle end?

I was planning on going with poly end at the lower axle side, but would it be better or would there be a big benefit to having a flex joint instead?

The uppers are going to have a flex joint at either end with reversed threads so I don't have to remove upper arms to make adjustments.

On the Upper Control arms I am going to keep the 9/16 bolts, but for the lower rears I am going to use 5/8 for a little more added strength.

You're building arms and considering poly? Go joint or go home. Currie, Poly, RE, and Ballistic all make nice joints.

ok sounds good. The jeep is 90+% a trail toy that gets driven on the street rarely.

They will be made out of square tube though because I have been given a bunch for the lowers, but I would prefer DOM, but it's a lot more $$$

Ordered over $400 worth of joints and tube inserts.

Selling my rear clayton arms should offset the cost
