Build plans

I have a stock 2000 wrangler se 2.5 5 spd
and im pretty sure i know where i wanna go with this.

either a 4.0 or v8 swap/tranny and tc
rubicon d44 axle swaps with 4.56 gears
LA kit
belly up
35 bfg km2

does this sound like a good build or any advice against it
