too bad they dont make a half rear wall and soft top version of that.. Looks neat but would still be nice to be able to put the top down.

I am in the process of building one up...the kit is amazing...all steel well built and well designed. I am hoping to have the project completed by the end of the week. personally if you are looking for utility hard to beat a jeep with a 6 ft bed. I agree it isn't everyone's cup of tea...but I love it. Hope to have pics soon

does the kit involve a lot of cutting and welding to the tub or is it a whole new body that you put on the chassis?

its a cut and weld deal with the cab and the frame
have to cut off back half of jeep and weld up the close out kit and also put the frame extenders in but the kit comes with everything you need sept for skills to do the job and drive shaft to the rear (i think )

Looks weird to me, and doesn't line up. Don't like that huge gap either. I'd spend my time and money finding a decent Scrambler...

Looks like the end result of an episode of "Pimp My Jeep"...

Oops..."show vehicle" and "never been offroad." That explains it...mall crawler!

And this has to be the worst place to put a Hi-Lift Jack...

I'd rather buy two TJs for the price of that one...I can't believe that it's up to $35,000.00 and 11 bids, although there must be a pretty high reserve on it, as it hasn't been met.

Cheers! M2

And why, may I ask, can I buy a 48" Hi-Lift All-Cast Jack so much cheaper from TSC ($54.99)(and that is a Hi-Lift, I bought one just a week ago and I think I even paid less than that!) verus the company that makes them and sells them on eBay ($88.37)??

That's almost $34 difference, almost 1/3 less!

Cheers! M2

Well I am supposed to pick up my Brute on Wed/Thurs. Just waiting for the guys at OK4wd to put the finishing touches on (rocker guards) her.

I haven't seen the Brute in the flesh since they put the bed on the frame so I can't wait Merry Christmas to me. This is Stage 1 for the Brute...and I will add what I have done but want some feedback from the experts here when I begin Phase 2... but want to drive her for a bit first, after all it is snowboard season.
