Broken upper door hinge possible switch??

ok so some idiot tried to steal my door and broke off the bolt on my upper door hinge .. I just recently purchased the stainless LOWER hinge for my Jeep .. when I get and install those can I use the lower ones on for the top??

I have a black 2006 and didnt want to go stainless with the upper because I think replacing the whole window/door hinge is a bit to much stainless for me .. i prefer subtle

but anywho .. is that possible? I'm assuming Id have to take the mirror off and then replace the part of the hinge thats on the door i just don't know if they are different then the lowers

sorry this might sound odd Q .. this is my first jeep and I'm just learning
