Broken exhaust stud help

I had noticed an exhaust leak and decided to check the manifold bolts. Sure enough, I have the infamous broken stud near the firewall. Any way to remove it without major work? Its very tight in there. I have a good right angle drill but it still looks like it will be too tight. I may just let a pro with the right tools do it. Where should I take it? Dealer, local mechanic, machine shop? How much $ ???
