Brake Pads & Shoe recommendations?

Any good ones (or more importantly, bad ones?)

Thanks!

Performance Friction disk brake pads are the only pads I've ever installed that made a noticeable improvement in braking. Autozone carries them and a bonus is that they come with a lifetime warranty.
