Bottom bolt on front brake caliper stripped

Hey all... just changed my front pads and rotors out today, and while taking out the carrier bolts, the bottom bolt on one wouldn't budge (after spinning out most of the way) I thought it might have been stuck on the boot, so I gave it a light tug, well it came out fine.

Threaded it in while the caliper was off, and it was fine.... Put the rotor and caliper on, put the top bolt in loose, and put the bottom in, and it went in 3 or 4 turns and then started spinning in place.... so I pulled everything back off, lightly threaded a tap thru the hole and threaded the bolt in again.
It went in fine.... put everything back on... put that bolt in, and it got tight to where I was going to torque it to 10-11 ft lbs. and it started free spinning...
Rinsed and repeated the process.... Caliper off it threads in fine...caliper on it won't stay tight.... what should I do?

Also my Powertrain is still under warranty...should I take it in for this??!

Is this the dreaded problem that mrblaine has made a kit for?

I would venture to say that Jeep will blame you for causing it and would not honor it under warranty unless you can prove it was defective.
