Body lifts/Suspension lifts

does anyone have pictures they can show that shows the difference between these two?? and explain thanks

No pictures necessary... it's pretty simple.

A body lift consists of spacers inserted between the frame and body to lift the body up an inch or two up off the frame. It only gives more tire clearance but it does not increase the ground clearance of anything else underneath the Jeep.

A suspension lift consists of either taller springs or a spacer placed on top of the factory springs. Most suspension lifts include more items than just springs including but not limited to new control arms, trackbars, etc. A suspension lift is more expensive and more difficult to install but this is the type of lift you want for better offroad worthiness of a vehicle. It lifts everything except for the axles, only bigger tires can lift the axles.

Here is a 2.25" suspension lift and a 1" body lift. Note the gap in the rear wheel wells:
