Blower Speed Problem

Blower will not work on the lower 2 speeds. I understand this problem should be some kind of resistor. Does anyone have any pics. of what to look for. I've done a search and no one seems to have any pics. of what they are talking about.
Thanks!!

You are right mine was doing the samething lastweek! Part was around $15.00 and took about 10 min. to change is located right behind the Glove box. Just take the glove box off and you can not miss it has 4 wires coming out 2 screws hold it in 8mm.

I took a look at lunch and don't see what it is you're talking about. Please get me some pics.

Found this thing finally. For all who want to know...it's located just above the interior lamp on the lower right side of the dash. If you pull your glove box out, it will be down and to the right w/ four wires coming out.

I replaced my blower switch resistor last night but still have the same problem. Tonight I am digging into the dash to check the switch and see if there is anything wrong there. Any suggestions on other causes for the lower blower settings not working?

Well I checked the switch all is working fine. I can jump past the resistor and make the fan work on all three low settings. although it blows at high speed. could it be the relay that is the problem? and did I blow the new resistor out by a possible overload of power passing through the relay
