Blinking brake light on dash

I dont have a manual. I put 1.25" spacers on this weekend, took off my T-case drop and am about to do my hack n tap when i cranked it and applied the e-brake to find the brake light is blinking on my dash. What does this mean? I think i remember in an old manual from a previous car it has something the do with ABS going out

Umm.. are you sure it's not the ebrake warning light?

ya thats what it is but think i figuerd it out. Its when in two wheel drive and running with no rear DS but in 4wd it just stays on like normal. I think its blinking in 2wd casue the output shaft has no buffer to stop it from spinning.Any way by my self so only gonna be able to find out when i reinstall a DS
