BL / MML combo without shifter problems

I know this has been asked over and over again, but I couldn't find it in the search, so, sorry.

I'm doing the FT 3" economy lift and want to do a 1 inch BL and 1 inch MML. So far my plans are a JKS 1.25" BL and M.O.R.E MML. The questions are:

1. I remember a while ago people were talking about some brand of BL requiring welding and/or cutting something, not being a perfect bolt on. Can't remember. Is the JKS good to go without extra work?
2. I know the MML is to fix the fan shroud thing, but will I have shifter or transfer case shifter problems running a transfer case drop, MML, and BL all at the same time? I know a transfer case drop at the same time as a body lift means shifter issues, is the MML enough to fix that?

there should be a transfer case level drop bracket.

no, a MML isn't enough to fix the shifter issue, the body will still "swallow" the shifter an inch

The MML does fis the fan shroud thing, but that is not a good reason to install one. It affects your driveshaft angle, and is used to help correct the angle after lifting or mods. Please goe here and click on the links that are about halfway down the page.

Thanks for the read, learned a lot. So, should a 1" MML be enough to offset a 3" FT lift? I was under the impression that a MML definately helped with driveline vibes, but not enough on it's own.

With a 3" lift, i dont think a 1" MML will be enough, i'd at least get a t-case drop just to have it if you do have vibes
