Will a bike rack that attaches to the spare tire of a YJ work on a TJ. I need a rack and have the opportunity to get this one but now sure if it will work or not. Anybody have any info.

most spare tire bike racks mount off the rim of the tire- if it mounts through one of the lug holes- it will work on anything. I'd say you'll be fine- spare tires are spare tires.
