I had the same problem with mine. I had to cut the bolts off (cut between the head and the header) and weld new nuts on the backside. I emailed Bestop about getting a replacement a couple times, and never heard a reply. Good luck man
if you have some narrow tipped vice grips you could use that to keep the nut from spinning.
sounds like you might have over tightened your bolts and broke the nuts loose. once its replaced or fixed just snug it down. even with a heavy head wind at 70+ MPH it wont come off.
