Best Intake and Exhaust systems for 4.0 AMC?

Hey Everyone i am looking for the best Intake/ Exhaust system for my 2006 Jeep 4.0 What are your recommendations?

Your stock intake and exhaust will flow more than the engine can use. Aftermarket add on crap is just snake oil for those who don't know any better.

I don't know which is 'best' but I have aftermarket intake and exhaust and I'll never go back to stock.

I'm going to have to guess the sound because a lot of people don't like how stock sounds. I have a Thrush 14" turbo muffler(dumped for now) that I like how it sounds.
