beep beep beep beep my jeep went beep beep beep......

help!

At first i thought i was going insane, every once in a while (about every couple days. I hear a beep coming from the dash in my jeep..... i think it beeps more often i just have my stereo on too loud to hear

The beep is kinda high pitched kinda like a radar detector, I know it's not my detector cause i removed it.... it's not coming out of the radio cause i unhooked it too....

so i get a single beep every once in awhile any bright ideas?

Thanks

Aaron

Hey ASJeep,

Could be the beeper that goes off when any of the "Warning" lights come on. Mine does it when my "Low Fuel" or the "Enginer Over-Heat" indicators illuminate. Hope this helps.

Cheers

Could you describe the approximate area of the dash that the beep seems to be coming from?

Maybe you have gremlins? That's weird. Did someone drop a digital watch down in the dash somewhere

Yet another reason why D/C needs to stop putting all this electronic BS in Jeeps... Airbags, compas, heated seats, A/C, etc... Who needs it, just buy a car if you want it. Sorry for venting, but come on. Hopefully someone from D/C will read this.

Too weird, man! Checked the batties in your pager lately? Dropped it under the seat?
