Bedliner in Tub

In the next few weeks I plan to remove the carpet from my '03 Sahara and coat the tub with some sort of roll-on bedliner. Herculiner sells a kit with a gallon of coating, brush, rollers, etc. for $100. Durabak is $80/gallon. Then there are various other brands. Does anyone have any advice on the brand or application tips?

By the way, Herculiner and Durabak are made by the same company and are the same thing.

I bought my Herculiner kit yesterday at Pep Boys for $59 after the $20 mail in rebate. Now to get a couple of free days to do it.

Well, aside from the weights, the specs are identical. Looks like maybe the Herc is thinned more than the Durabak.

Anyone else have more info on this?

since herc is thinned more ... does that make it weaker and not as durable?

so would durabak be the better choice for do-it-yourself bed liner?
