In order for you to be able to post photos, you have to have (I think) 50 posts in the technical forum. Also, the link has to have image tags before and after it.

We can see your links, though.

Well anyway I'm going down to the shop to get some serious sanding/prep work done and im gonna take pix, I mean I'm gonna put in like 20 hours of prep. I got all sorts of wire wheels, dremel's, I hate Torx so im swapping those out of my roll cage with some stainless Hex bolts.... Has anyone swapped out the torx for hex ?!

that's a good idea to use stainless steel, as well as removing the torx. just be prepared for a battle and be careful not to strip the torx, as some of them are torqued down quite a bit (tailgate post piece for example).

Well The surface rust and intiation of rot was such a *****, I have pictures I'll but up later. Weather it was a wire brush bit for a drill or a wire wheel or a palm sander or a dremel its been a biotch... Today the front seat is coming out and center console.... and its getting all sanded up tonight. Then I'm laying down the Herculiner that should be coming today.

Yep .. 2 years later it still looks the same

It's all in the prep .. and let it harden fully before reassembly.
