Shock relocation brackets often cause torn mounts by giving rocks even more leverage against where the OE mount is welded to the axle. Have you considered just flipping the rear shock upside-down which gives the shock body more clearance away from the lower spring perch? Most shocks work fine either direction, though it should be verified with your exact shock model.

Unfortunatly for me, I cannot flip them because OME uses steel rod covers that are slightly larger in diameter than the shock body so that won't work.

The BDS shock cannot be flipped either. Its not bad at all and I think I may just grind the spring perch a bit.
