This is my jeep the day it was bought. I had waited 7 years to get a Jeep Wrangler. The wait was finally over and all was good, until I realized how much work needed to be done.



Side shot with the Rough Country 2.5 inch lift kit installed. Also, took off the door mirrors and traded for CJ style mirrors that mount to the windshield frame.



Side shot with new Streetlock rims and 33 BFG M/Ts.



Front shot of Jeep. Installed Hummer intake, signal guards, rock crawler bumper with shackles, some Hellas, oil pan skid and steering skid. In the future, I would like to trim the fenders or get a genright fender kit.



Rear shot. Mounted a Hi-Lift with muffler clamps to the rollbar. Planning on mounting a military shovel on the bolt that the rear seat belt used to be on and mounting a fire extinguisher to the other bolt. I took off the rear tire carrier and bumper. Picked up a nice M/T tire that will be used as a spare off of craigslist for $20 and a warn rear tire carrier bumper from a YJ. The bumper was prepped and now has a fresh coat of paint on it. It will be put on first thing in the morning. I have some SMA rocker guards that need sandblasted and painted. I would like to get them back on the Jeep tomorrow also.

Warn bumper is on. Haven't had time to post pics. I will have a lot of them. We purchased a YJ. It has been keeping us busy. I will post several pics soon.

Today I tightened the steering column, painted several things, did a front and rear diff change, installed the rear bumper, and attached brake lines for the YJ. I also painted the winch for the TJ and mounted a cb antenna in the rear. The upper and lower ball joints and tie rods came in today. Hopefully, I will get them on tomorrow. I will post several pics tomorrow.

All the nasty 18 year old tint has been removed. The top is being cleaned and painted tonight!



Replacement upper and lower ball joints and tie rods.

Eventually, there will be somewhat of a theme or at least some sort of markings.
