Bad swaybar bushings

I have a 2000 sport. Around 2004ish I had the swaybar link replaced under warrenty though it said there had been a recall for them. Now it's come apart again. Are they normally this bad about wearing out? I don't do any offroading except for driving in construction areas. The replacement was from Canada so I guess that could have something to do with it. According to South Park, they aren't a real country anyways. Lol J/K

Is there anything bad to come from driving it like that? If not then I'll wait till I find some on craigslist.
