Bad o2 ?? P0138. But Weird Timeing

I got a CEL and the decoder says p0138 which is an o2 bank 1 sensor 2 ,

I have 45k on this jeep and in the last month I had the upstream o2 (bank 1 sensor 1) from this one go bad and now a bad rear o2, does that sound right?

I had a 98 tj with 180k that never had any o2's go bad.

I don't think that the mini cat went bad because it doesn't smell or rattle and its only got 45k on it.

would putting a mil eliminator make the CEL stay off?
