Back end fish tail during 4wd starts in Snow

So is this a case of the "Get Stuck Anywheres" I have on my car or is there a 4wd problem.

I'm used to a big heavy FWD Montero with BFG A/Ts

The Jeep definitly handles way better in 4wd then 2wd so I know 4wd is working. However, it does still slip a bit but the 4wd does a good job catching it.

This morning a bunch of times when leaving a stop light I accelerate and the back end spins. I thought in 4wd the front was supposed to pull more. I laid off the pedal a little bit and it went fine.

But still I wasn't really applying to much gas when it was spinning. Does this sound like a 4wd issue, a common jeep issue, a GSA tires issue, or another combo.

Thanks! I wanna get BFG's on this thing but I also want to buy a flat LCD TV

I would blame that on the GSA's, get some better rubber under the jeep and it shall do fine

You could try lowering the tire psi.?

Take off on 2nd gear?

Perhaps reevaluate your driving skills/habits?

I took off in 2nd gear and it was fine...Stupid GSA's I can't believe how bad they are...seriously my girlfriends 2wd car seems to slip on takeoff about the same.

But I really want my LCD TV!! decisions decisions

got my BFGs just in time.

I've been hearing about how bad the GSAs are, so i decided to move when i lifted it and got new rubber instead waiting for the tread to wear out on the stock tires, even though there was only 22k on them

I think I can afford them both...Truthfully driving carefully will probably get me through this winter...and some sand bags in the trunk....

Gotta wait till after XMas though before I start splurging on myself

Are you making fun of me? (hahah called Discount Tire apparently you weren't making fun of me. Sorry I posted this in the tire section a few weeks back and they said that the GSA's were already siped)
