axle options for 98 what do I do?

Hi everyone, I just bought another jeep about a month ago and already feel the need to make it better. right now it has 4in sus lift with 35in bfg mts but it still has the stock axles and 3.07 gears. its a 4.0 5spd and we all know how well that works out. I already picked up a d44 rear axle for it but I need to have a bracket kit welded on. the axle was originally out of a 2002 tj but it was removed and used in another application. the d44 is a factory trac lok with 3.73s in it. so Im thinking of just putting in a 4.88 thick gear and keeping the trac lok. my tough choice is what to do with the front? I would like to install a truetrac up front with 4.88s but is it worth it to stick over a grand in that axle or should I look for something else to swap in. I found a few hp 30 non disconnect axles and am wondering if they are a worth while upgrade. basically I would like to keep it as cheap as possible but I realize the stock d30 is not ideal. also what r&p brand would be a good choice? thanks for all input.

Who takes a TJ D44 and modifies it for another application? It could have been sold for a premium to a TJ owner, with that money then being spent on the ideal axle for the application and probably cash left over for other things...

thats what I said but I got a pretty good deal on it and its also got a disc brake kit on it but its not set up for ebrake at all Id have to get different calipers for it. thats another thing I need to know is what bracket kits are recommended and where can I find some calipers for a tsm brake kit for cheaper or cheaper than 300?
