ARB Compressor Leaks

Have ARB's front and rear and concur with all the praises sung of their effectiveness.
But my compressor is leaking apparently internally. With the lockers off and the solenoid valves close the air pressure drops at the rate of about 2lb/sec. causing the compressor to cycle on about every 5 or 6 secs. The installing dealer is about 3hr. away and i'm trying to troubleshoot this at home. All the fittings have been soaped and show tight. I have tried to remove the compressor but can't figure out the install sequence which leave the mounting screws inaccessable to my eye. Any experience out there that would help me??

Once you lock do your solenoid and lines stay pressurized? I ask just to eliminate the possibility of having a bad solenoid and a leak somewhere beyond compressor.

As far as removal (if they have used the mounting kit that came with the compressor) there is one bolt on a single metal band that you can loosen and slip the compressor out of, while leaving the mount in place. It is perfectly possible that the tank seal is leaking near the bottom, but with that kind of leak you should be able to hear where it is coming from. Good Luck.
