Has anyone used this before? Would I be able to air up 4 tires in a reasonable amount of time?

Gerald has one on his TJ in case he forgets to fill his Co2 tank. He said it works fine, just not the fastest thing in the world.

I was tempted but for an extra $150 when you get the special airhose and attachments, was just too much. I figure, that amount money will buy me a tank and a decent compressor. Plus I really would'nt want to air up everyone's tires with my dedicated airlocker compressor.
