Apex edition seats

I'm trading seats with a friend of mine and noticed that the apex driver side seat doesn't have the loop to pull the forward and up. There's the lever behind the seat that moves it forward but not up. I need to have the seat moved up so I can get to the two rear bolts. If anyone has done this your help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

NOt all drivers seats had the flip feature.

And you certainly don't need to flip it to get to the bolts.

I have the apex jeep and my seat moves forward all the same with that little black hoop on the passenger side... Driver side is a different story

Look under the drivers side seat, some of them have a lever you can push/pull to tilt forward the seat even though they dont have the loop on the side.

Yep you can get em out no problem, but there is no tilt forward on the Apex driver seat.
