I saw a hard top insulation kit (it looks like it velcros on the inside of the top). Is anyone familiar with this product? Does it help with noise?

I did it red neck style for winter, I don't now if it helped the temp any(jeep has a good heater) but it helped alot for the noise. Running a piece of tape across where the hardtop meets the winshield help alot to.
