anyone know the special editions of the wrangler

i have an 03 wrangler. its completely stripped down so it has a/c and nothing else special. (i.e tilt wheel, cruise control, fancy seats) but it has a light bar front chrome push bar, taillight covers,weird chrome gas can door. my dad and i just assumed it was all aftermarket stuff but we saw another jeep with the exact same setup? does anyone no if its a special sales package or just a coincidence? also if it is a special sales edition does is there anything different underneath? (i.e d44 axel lower gears etc.):

i would think it is a coincidence.

yep, unfortunately that crap was put on by the PO.
