Anyone Have Grab Handles?

I was looking through the Essentials for Jeep Vehicles mag tonight and saw
grab handles that mount with velcro around the roll bar. Anyone use these?
Do they get in the way getting into and out of the vehicle? I think they would
also assist the backseat passengers with something to hold onto getting out
of the back.

How about slush mats? My '06 came with front floor mats, but nothing but
the carpet in the back. Thinking about getting a rubber slush mat to protect
the back during the winter months. Which ones work best?

Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!!!!

Husky floor liners work really well. The grab handles work great, they are cloth and will move if you but into them, sadly, the bar they are mounted to will not and that still hurts.

I have just purchased a set of grab handles for my jeep and all my passengers have commented how much easier it is to hold on while out and about. I also think they are great.I thought the same as you in regards to getting in the way, but you don't even notice them

Just recently bought the Mastercraft grab handles. Highly recommend, great product. Makes it easier for the wife to get in and gives me somthing to hang on to when I'm driving.

I bought some cheapo shi77y built strap handles when i got the jeep. $6 ones. Took a pair of bicycle grips and slid em on the handles and they work great now.

Perfect for short people to get into the jeep. Although if it's a short hot chick it's nice to just give them a push in the a55 to get em in.

The rubber floor mats are a must. The grab handles, ehh, not so much... I just can't find a place for them on the rollbar where naturally I go to grab them...

I have the three strap handles. Look great. Very functional and helps my wife and little 8 year old. I also have the Husky floor liners in my Jeep and the F-250.

Same here, got Raingler grips and Husky floormats.

I wish people would F'ing use my grips though, instead of doing all sorts of funky aerobic maneuvers trying to get in. Especially into the backseat... which I guess will always require some fantastic body twisitng.

I have a set of Mastercraft handles. I grab the wheel when I get in. Wife grabs the handle above the glove box to get in. I've never seen her use hers, except when we are offroad. Mine never gets used. They are very sturdy and don't get in the way though.

I ordered the 'EK Motor Sports' Grab Handles... I have not received them yet...

I believe they're a must have because I drove a couple times as a passenger and wished I had something to hold on to.

I have a set of handles that I got off of ebay that I have on the jeep. I do not use them that much but my wife uses the one one the passenger side all the time. I can also say I really do not ever notice them getting in my way.

I have the EK handles. Not as nice as the more expensive ones, but they look and work just fine.

I also have the HuskyLiners front and rear. REALLY expensive but worth it. We went on a muddy, messy trail a few weeks ago - dragging the glop inside each time we got out. When we got home, I just took em out and hosed them off. No more mud in the Jeep. They look very cool too.
