Any Tips??

I just remembered why I hate mud today. Went for a little fun yesterday, got into some mud, overheated and boiled some antifreeze. I cleaned out the radiator fins that were clogged with mud and sprayed the motor off. It's not overheating now but running a little hot (around 220-230) and my oil pressure is pretty eratic (ranging from 0-40 but mostly staying around 20) What did I do? What should I check? My antifreeze is a pretty low so I'm thinking thats why its running a little hot. I'll add some oil hopefully the pressure will go up, but what else should I check. Thanks guys!

Oil pressure sending unit is prolly going bad. Don't overfill the engine. Keep it between the add and full.

If the engine is still running hot and you a/c you will want to pull the radiator and clean between it and the a/c condenser.

I agree, the oil pressure sender is probably going bad, also, may want to make sure the thermostat is not stuck closed, or partially closed, over heating may have messed it up a little bit.

Thanks for the advice guys. I went ahead and went for a ride today. The temp was fine, in traffic it went to about 220 but most of the time it was at 210. But after a half hour or so into the ride my oil pressure would drop to 0 at idle, and 40 as soon as I started to go. I read up on the oil pressure sender and I guess I should change it since they aint that expensive. But is my motor really not getting pressure or is it just not sending the right pressure to my guage? Can I drive around in stop and go traffic like this? Also were is this part at on my Jeep and how can I change it?

It's most likely the sender . You would know if your engine got 0 pressure for any length of time.
