Hardest part is getting the plastic (probably some other material but I don't know the name) bushings into the front cross member. I used a utility knife to cut a little bit of the plastic off where it was hitting to get it started. Then I took a 2x4 and hammer and beat on it.

I cheated and used my bench grinder to radius the end to a 45 degree with a 1/4" flat..........
