Air Conditioning Swap?

Is it possible to pull the AC out of a 2000 TJ and install it into my 2000 TJ that doesn't have it? If so, how big a deal is it to accomplish? Would I need to purchase additional parts from the dealer to complete the swap?

Yes, it can be done, make sure to have the system properly evacuated prior to taking anything apart. Upon reassembly, use only new o-rings, don't try to reuse any of the old ones. You will have to swap HVAC boxes, which involves removing the dash from both vehicles, swap the HVAC control panels, possibly the wiring harness, swap over the compressor, among other things. Is the donor a scrap vehicle, or does it need to function at the end of this work? If it is a working vehicle you will need to transfer parts from yours to it, such as certain ider pulleys. Expect to make a long weekend of it.
