Yes, it can be done, make sure to have the system properly evacuated prior to taking anything apart. Upon reassembly, use only new o-rings, don't try to reuse any of the old ones. You will have to swap HVAC boxes, which involves removing the dash from both vehicles, swap the HVAC control panels, possibly the wiring harness, swap over the compressor, among other things. Is the donor a scrap vehicle, or does it need to function at the end of this work? If it is a working vehicle you will need to transfer parts from yours to it, such as certain ider pulleys. Expect to make a long weekend of it.
