aftermarket TJ frames ?

Are there any aftermarket TJ frames being manufactured yet? I've been able to find just about everything else, from broncos to CJs but no TJ frames. Thanks.

I didn't think they were available, but what the heck do I know? (Apparantly not enough!)

Here is one for 97-02.

Not a 100% sure on this but couldn't you just buy a YJ frame and weld on the coil spring buckets?

I don't think the YJ frame will accept a TJ tub without modification. I'm considering buying a fairly rough TJ and it doesn't make sense to me to buy a YJ frame and modify it to accept a TJ tub and suspension.

Then again, maybe it doesn't make sense to buy a TJ that is so rough that it may need a new frame...

I'll check out the 4WD TJ frame, maybe give them a call. Thanks, guys. Great forum.

I have a 97 frame (6 cyl) in great shape. just a little minor surface rust in spots. don't know how or what it would cost to ship.

If you think you got slammed, stick around here and your butt will actually hurt when you leave.

Hopefully its not as bad as Boogie makes it sound, but your skin does need to be a little thicker. You did a silly thing and it got pointed out. That's all that happened. Nobody got slammed.
