Adjusting the headlight

Hey, I have a 99TJ and my owners manual that I got has seen better days. I have adjusted headlights before, but I cant seem to figure out these. My drivers side seems to be shining over to the right farther than I would like. How would I go about adjusting them? Thanks.

Remove the headlight bezels and the adjusting screws are right there.

I was looking in the back of the bulb area... I didnt even think to look under the bezels ... Thanks.
