Adjust control arms, where to start?

I have a 2000 TJ. Running stock CA's right now with a 2" BB. I'll be doing a Belly up with SYE and 4"RE spring lift. I have Teraflex Flex arms both upper and lowers for front and rear. Adjustable front track bar, shock relocation brackets for the the rear shocks and rear track bar relocator.

My question is..... where do I start as far as length of the control arms when I install the lift. ( can I pre-set the ca's length) And should I do the lift first and then the belly up or vice versa?

Use that to get in the ballpark then adjust to center the wheels and for pinion angle. No worries.

You can also use some basic geometry to make a guess at how long your ca's need to be. Just assume that the center of the axle housing is the center of the wheel, measure and use the good ol' pythagorian theorem (engineering student, can't help it.) that should give you an approx. length for how long to set the CA's. Also, make sure they are the same length so the axle will be square.
