98 Problems ONLY in 2nd gear

I really need some help since I have no idea what the problem could be. When I am shift into 2nd gear my jeep will start bucking/jumping like its having trouble getting fuel but I don't know why this would only be in 2nd gear. I don't have any problems when I get up to higher speeds and I don't have any problems in 1st gear. I have had this happen mostly going up hill but also on flat ground. Any suggestions would help. And also no check engine light. Thanks
