btw update yes it is possible guys im now running 33X12.50's on my pretty well stock jeep. after i did a little looking i noticed i do have a 1" BL and with metalcloaks arched tubed fenders.

i was easily able tuck the tires in thanks for the info guys, but i decided i wanted to stay lcog as possible and metalcloak allowed for that. i am still currently thinking maybe a small lift but that will be a ways into the future and when the jeep is no longer my DD ill get pics up soon

i bought my jeep with 32x11.50s on the stock rims, no spacers. The tires rubbed a little under full lock, but that was all. Here is a pic

I got the 33x12.50s a day before the lift, so i went ahead and put them on the stock lift. No rubbing issues at all, it would not be ideal for offroading at all though. here is a pic

this is the jeep with the 3.25" rough country lift

Sounds like a similar direction I want to take my jeep. Where front and back are they rubbing? In the back, is it just some fender trimming that would fix it?

Edit, Demp beat me to it on this one. JustJeepin85, see where there is an icon with mountians on it at the top of the post window? Click on that and it give you a pop up to past a photo link in(right click on an image and select "view image" to get the images http address without all the rest the website stuff around it). Or you can just type the img code tags manually front and back of the photo link, like this but with square brackets:

rubbing in the rear is just the flare it just bends out then goes back, the front is just when i get nice and stuffed in particular spots i rub tread along the bolt heads i got on the rti ramp too, ill try again to get some more pics up i dont think i got any good ones from the front being stuffed though:/

sorry btw i do have a 1" bl if i didnt say that before so i dont think metal cloak took into thought what i planned on doing with my jeep when they say you can run 35's stock, you can but wouldnt go anywhere off the road, the 33's are perfect and i love the short fat look! can i get some thoughts opinions from others.

oh i was getting sway bar rubbage on inner fenders and tire but pretty sure after driving with it disconnected today, ill prolly not be having that prob for long

You need to lose that grille guard or at least cut the ears off that are supposed to protect the stock fenders.

2004 TJ Rubicon - 3" lift, 1" BL, Brown Dog MML with Super brackets, 33's, Warn Winch, VanCo BBK - (Thanks MisfitSeven), IronRock tierod, Ten Factory shafts.
Future upgrades - Too many to list
1999 XJ - DD with 228k
2007 JK Unlimited - The wife's ride.

Cool to get someone's opinion who's just tried the 33's with MC fenders. From what I'm looking at 33's are about the max I want, so yeah, diggin' the look. Maybe a simple bump stock extension would fix your front rub if it's problematic... or maybe just a tad less back spacing would cure the rub too. I bet that's what the MC guys had in mind when talking about 35's.

X2 on that one. I forgot to mention earlier the fender flare extensions look pretty goofy hanging out by themselves too. Otherwise i like the look as stated above. If that guard is in good condition probably best to sell it to fund a new one rather than put the effort into hacking it and having to paint.
