I would bet that the bushings in the 13 year old stock control arms are shot - front and rear. Also you said new trackbar, I assume only the front, rear needs to be checked as well.

so what do you think first thing to change is, steering box, or control arm bushings?

Tires are too small for your current caster setting. That's what happen when you run some suspension lift with stock tires. Either go back down to stock height (3" of lift and 235's must look extremely goofy anyway) or get some tires.

It's a lifted jeep. Just learn to drive with 2 hands gripped tightly to the steering wheel.

Post a pic. is the Jeep flat or is the rear lower? If so, you have lost some caster right there.
