97 lift and tire help

ok so as of right now im sitting stock with 31x10.5 with 5 and half inch backspacing.
my goal is to get that slightly rugged look.
i am thinking about going with a 2 inch bb going down to 5 inch backspacing with some spacers to handle 32x11.5
this is all with the 15x8 gambler style wheels.

can i just get you thoughts/imputs on this? any pictures or guidance would be greatly appreciated as i am still pretty new to the jeep world.

Skip the 32's and go with a 2" BB,1.25" BL and 33's with wheel spacers.I had that combo with 32's on the Jeep I sold a couple days ago. There's way more tire choices with 33's.

that looks really nice.
did you have any problems with brake lines or things like that with the body lift? probably not at that height but id like to be sure.
would i have to re gear with 33s? and would i loose significant power or gas mileage?
thanks

No problems at all.If you have 3.73 gears, you'll be fine.If you have 3.07's,it would probably suck.I always got 17-18 mpg highway, even when I had 35's.There's a tag on the rear axle dif cover that tells you.

Have you considered keeping the stock rims and running 33x10.50 tires? Save you some money on a new set of wheels.
