97 to an 03???

I have an 03 tj, with 3:07's.. I can get a good deal on a 97, I want the axles, but was wondering what the major differences are in the jeep.. Will most of the parts be interchangable? the 03 is the 6 cylinder, the 97 is a 4 cylinder.. both have the manual 5 speed..

Thanks in advance!

WHat parts are you wondering about?
The engines and transmissions and associated stuff are different.
The electronics and gauge clusters etc are different.
The gas tanks are different.
The suspension parts interchange for what that's worth...
The interior trim parts are different but will interchange.
The seats (front and rear) are different.
The windshield frame, top, doors and body (fenders, hood, etc) are the same.
Incidentals like headlights, taillights, etc are the same.

Thanks Blue, I mainly want the axles, I am planning on swapping the axles into my 03 tj. I work away for months at a time, and instead of dismantling the 03 and leaving it on blocks for a few months, i have decided to find another set of axles to build the way i want, with a re-gear and lockers. I have found a 97 tj for a reasonable price. I know there was changes over the years, and was wondering what i could save for the 03, or part out the rest. Once again thank!
