8.8 Swap Brakes Question

So I picked up an 8.8 with drums for $50 today. It has drums. I know everyone says to get the disk 8.8 blah blah. I figure they're bigger than d35 drums, whatever. Anyways:

Do I need all the same brake lines as if I were doing a disk 8.8 swap. Or will my d35 hoses fit the 8.8? Same with the ebrake cable? I searched for this up and down, and got nothing but disk swaps, so I thought I'd ask.

Sorry. TJ lines and ebrake should hook right up to 8.8 drums.

For some reason I thought the drum 8.8s were 29 spline and the discs, 31 splines?

The Second Amendment is in place in case they ignore the others.

No, all 8.8 s from exploders(except those goofy truck like versions) use 31 splines. The ranger 8.8 used 28 or 29 splines and had drums.
