5.3L engine swap

I am starting a 5.3 engne swap into my 2003 TJ. I am pulling the engine out this coming week and was wondering what I need to keep, ie... computer, A/C, etc... I am planning on sending the 5.3 harness to get reworked or having a new one made. Can these be made to work with the TJ dash guages?
