5.2l swap wiring help

I am in the slow process of swapping a 97 grand cherokee 5.2l into my 98 2.5l auto. I can't really afford to send the wiring out to backwoods offroad. So I am going to attempt to do it myself. I know that I need to depin the 4 injector wires. But for everything else am I just changing connectors? Does anyone have a list of what connectors need changed. I am also switching to a manual is there anything special wiring wise? I have read most of the magnum disscousion thread but if this info is on there can someone direct me to what page. Thanks
