4wd light in dash does not work

Hi guys.
I recently picked up a 2005 Impact Orange LJ. Im working out the kinks before I go nuts with the quadratec catalog.

I figured since only the last 2 settings on the fan work, Im going to need a new blower resistor.

When I put it in 4wd, the 4wd light does not go on. Do I need a new 4wd switch? Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Dan

like stated in the other thread...there is no dash "bulb"...it is an LED that is soldered to the circuit board and not easily replaceable...

DO NOT TRY TO PULL APART YOUR CLUSTER YOU WILL DAMAGE IT!!!

Oh No...Too late! Just kidding. I kind of knew it was the switch, I just needed other opinions.

My last TJ, I pulled the cluster out and went with blue LED bulbs. Might do the same with this one.

I think the Transfer case is a np231.

Thanks for everyone's information

Soldering's not really that hard to do. I've also removed my cluster to clean behind it (found like five pens back there once), I've also taken off the plastic cover to clean dust out from inside. AS LONG AS YOU AREN'T AN IDIOT YOU WON'T DAMAGE IT!!!

Here is the one you want: 4WD Light Electrical*Switch by Crown Automotive and Other Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware-RH3

It will work with your TJ even though it's not listed.
