40K Fluid Changes!?!

My 04 TJ 4.0L A4(non rubi) just hit 40K miles and i wanted to do some regular matiance and fluid changes but i have some questions(esipcally since i bought my jeep used and have no owners manual). What kinda tranny fluid should i use and how much should i need if i do a tranny filter change? What kind of fluid goes in the transfer case and about how much? What about the front and rear axle, what weight gear oil and about how much for each? Do you guys recomend synthetics or regualr dino fluids? What about coolant, i was gonna do a flush, drain, fill, can i use regualr green coolant or gm dex-cool? about how much coolant will i need for a flush and fill.
thanks for the info guys, need to pick myself up a chlitons when i see one at the parts store!

Keep in mind that free advice can frequently be worth less than you pay for it.
