This makes 2 weeks I have been waiting on the go ahead from the Great lakes warenty corp. See I just bought the 2002 Jeep with 67,000 miles 9 weeks ago.
It came with a 3 month 4k mile warenty or I wouldn't have took it to the dealer
for repairs. But they are taking thier time honoring the Warenty, I dont know whats going to happen yet.

Sounds like you took it too the dealer... time to upgrade or replace.. whatever you do... take it too a decent shop... the dealer is not the place to get a car fixed for a decent price.

They havent told me very much about it other then the rings are shot.
I was hoping the warenty would take care of it. If they dont then i'll be
looking for other options.

Why an 2.5 with only 70k miles is shot is a mystery.
